Wineland Walnut maintains an inventory of over 300 tons of walnut logs. We produce Claro and English Walnut lumber, turning blocks, and gunstock blanks. Logs are removed from our local area, brought to our yard and milled into random widths and lengths. Wineland's lumber, slabs and gunstocks are always in various stages of drying to ensure enough inventory to expediently fill all orders.

Our facility uses state-of-the-art processing equipment to cure its walnut.  All wood is cured for a minimum of 6 months, then kiln-dried to 8-10% moisture content. Our experts hand select each piece of wood and meticulously cut each blank to maximize the color, figure and grain of the wood. 

We have on hand a large selection of turning blocks and gunstock blanks.Our inventory is such that you can select the sizes, color and figure that would best fit your plans. If you are ordering by phone you can rest assured that your piece of wood will be hand selected to your specifications. Custom milling is available for your special projects—from 1/4 inch thick to 6 feet wide, and everything in between.
